Senior Graphic Designer

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the creation of visually compelling content for

  Cult Play

  , including on-app creatives, product branding, offline campaigns, and performance marketing assets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across

  marketing, product, content, category, and offline experience

  to bring campaigns and launches to life.
• Translate strategic briefs into expressive, high-impact visuals while maintaining design consistency across touchpoints.
• Bring a deep understanding of

  brand identity, motion, and storytelling

  , and apply it across formats and mediums.
• Guide freelancers where needed, ensuring output meets quality benchmarks and timelines.
• Stay on top of design trends and emerging formats to push creative boundaries.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-6 years

  of professional graphic design experience, preferably in lifestyle, content, or youth-centric brands
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesig

  n); familiarity with motion tools

  (After Effects, Figma, or simila

  r) is a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-led campaigns, content storytelling, and multi-platform design work
• A sharp eye for detail, color, and layout, with the ability to adapt design across channels and audiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional setup
• Experience working across physical, digital, and product marketing formats is a bonus
