Key Details:

• Position: Senior Full Stack Developer
• Experience Required- 13+ Years
• Location: Mohali
• Compensation: Up to ₹35 LPA or above market rate for top talent
• Reporting to: UK-based founders and technical leads

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 13 years of software development experience.
• Strong PHP (Laravel), Reactjs & Nodejs experience
• Full-stack capability – comfortable working across backend and frontend.
• Excellent spoken and written English (professional level; B2 CEFR minimum, C1 preferred).
• Experience in working within fast-paced, iterative development cycles.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team setting; must communicate tasks clearly and follow through.
• Able to speak directly with UK-based management and communicate updates transparently - especially when issues arise.

Nice to Have / Willing to Learn:

• Ability to communicate in both Hindi and English fluently.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a high CGPA (7 or 7+ scale).
