Know more about us: http://www.trunativ.co Role: Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts Department: Finance Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office) Reports to: Chief Financial Officer Job Description Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements every month. Conduct consolidation exercises for multiple subsidiaries, including merger-demerger accounting and book closure. Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and due diligence processes. Prepare and report monthly MIS (Management Information Systems). Review GL balances, AP/AR, and trial balances for accuracy. Ensure statutory compliance across financial operations. Manage and lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring the timely completion of all tasks. Qualifications And Skills Required: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 7-9 years of post-qualification experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial control roles. Expertise in financial statement preparation, and statutory compliance. Proven ability to manage audits, due diligence, and financial reporting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in financial systems and tools.  Immediate joiners or the candidates serving their notice period are preferred. Show more Show less
