Job Description

Designation: Director Engineering Manager Location: Jaipur Work Mode: Hybrid Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Manage a multidisciplinary development team • Develop and implement significant improvements to core systems and business processes in support of the company’s/divisions profit, growth, and customer satisfaction goals • Responsible for the development of strategic and tactical planning of technology and people resources necessary for the successful completion of large-scale projects • Direct technical activities to estimate, plan, design, build, test, and deploy solutions into production • 15 years’ experience in development • Extensive experience in solving complex problems and driving solutions • Good experience in .NET, Java/Spring with a relational database • Good understanding of DevOps principles • People management experience is required • Experience in building & managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred or Azure) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with others Show more Show less
