Senior Data Scientist

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Data Scientist who can drive high-impact business outcomes by deploying advanced real-time statistical and AI models. This role requires full ownership of projects—from business requirement gathering to production deployment—while working cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end development and deployment of statistical and AI models.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Automate workflows and scale models in production.
• Continuously analyse marketing, sales, and service data to deliver insights and strategic recommendations.
• Explore new opportunities to enhance targeting strategies across departments.
• Work closely with marketing teams to align insights with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build full-stack solutions including backend and frontend components for deployed models.

Required Skillset:

• Educational background in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying Gen AI, Agentic AI, and foundational ML models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, etc.).
• Strong experience in deploying production-level models.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, Snowflake, ER diagrams, and data engineering tools.
• Strong business acumen and ability to contextualise data solutions for business use cases.
• Certification in Gen AI / Agentic AI / ML is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Web Analytics and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is required.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹165,000.00 per month
