Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Construction Manager located in Hyderabad. The Senior Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities, including project planning, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities include ensuring construction safety, managing project budgets, and supervising construction teams. The candidate will also be responsible for project control and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in managing construction teams
Proficiency in Budgeting and managing project finances
In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety practices and protocols
Experience in Construction and Project Control
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience with crane operations and logistics is a plus
