Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification:

  • Research and identify potential clients across various industries who can benefit from our

    neutrality services

  • Outreach & Networking:

  • Initiate contact with

    key decision-makers

    via

    targeted emails, cold calls, and networking events

    to introduce our offerings.
  • Client Engagement:

  • Understand client sustainability goals, challenges, and needs, and

    customize solutions

    accordingly.
  • Consultative Selling:

  • Effectively

    communicate value propositions

    and guide clients in adopting carbon reduction and offset strategies.
  • Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain

    strong, long-term relationships

    with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Proposal Creation:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to

    develop tailored proposals

    and

    technical solutions

    aligned with client objectives.
  • Market Insights:

  • Stay current with

    industry trends, carbon market regulations

    , and opportunities to provide valuable insights.
  • Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in

    CRM systems

    related to sales activities and targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with

    project managers, sustainability experts, and technical teams

    to ensure

    seamless service delivery

  • Goal Attainment:

  • Contribute to

    individual and team sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Educational:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Technology, Business Sustainability, Environmental Science

    , or a related field.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum

    3 years in business development/sales/management

    Carbon Markets

    .
  • Location Requirement:

  • Based in Ahmedabad or

    willing to relocate

    .

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding

    of

    carbon credit markets

    , emissions, and sustainability concepts.
  • Familiarity with

    standards like VERRA, GS, GCC

    , and

    carbon registries/trading

    platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated

    track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets
