Job Summary:

Sales & Business Development professional

permanent and contract IT hiring


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities in the

    Indian IT staffing sector

    (permanent, contract, and project-based roles).
  • Client Acquisition:

    Build strong connections with HR leaders, IT managers, and business heads to generate leads and close staffing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Maintain long-term client partnerships by ensuring timely delivery, quality service, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Develop and implement growth strategies, prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, and handle negotiations.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • MSA & Vendor Registration:

    Leverage your existing relationships to bring in new Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and onboard as preferred vendors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record of

    sales success in the Indian domestic staffing market

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    IT contract and permanent hiring trends

    across sectors like BFSI, Telecom, IT Services, Startups, and Product firms.
  • Experience dealing with

    vendor onboarding processes, RFPs, and contract negotiations

    .
  • Ability to independently manage the

    complete sales cycle

    – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Existing client relationships and the ability to quickly activate them.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – fluent in English and ideally one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.).
  • A strategic thinker who can also execute with urgency and discipline.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years

    of sales/business development experience in Indian IT staffing or recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and expanding accounts.
  • Experience working with

    contract staffing, RPO, and managed services models

    in India.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
