Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in selling ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business leads for ERP software solutions

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ERP modules

Conduct effective demos and presentations of ERP products

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling/cross-selling

Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project delivery

Keep updated with market trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP / Software / IT Sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Proven track record of successful ERP solution sales

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, etc.

Knowledge of different industry verticals (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, etc.)
