Actively seek out New Sales Opportunities in the US Market through Cold Calling, Networking and online portals.
Able to Identify Selling Possibilities and Evaluate Customer Needs. Generate Leads, compile and update customer databases, exploring US and Canada markets for Structural Steel Detailing Services.Set up meetings with potential clients and explore business synergies.Negotiate and close deals and handle customer grievances.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.Ensure customer communication through brochures, email campaigns, presentation showcasing capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile
12 to 15 years of relevant experience in the steel detailing industry for the US market.Candidates will be required to work in the US shift (5 PM to 2 AM)Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for communicating with international clients. Should be able to negotiate with clients and customers to get higher profit margins. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
