Role Summary
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will creatively design, develop, and maintain backend
applications using best practices, patterns, and reusable components. You'll lead by example,
ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance while mentoring a development team and
collaborating across functions to deliver impactful business solutions.
• 6+ years of professional experience in backend development, including a proven track
record in technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Skilled in designing, developing, and implementing backend solutions that effectively
meet customer outcomes.
• Expert-level proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL
services.
• Strong command over cloud technologies, particularly AWS services (e.g., Lambda,
API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction.
• Experienced in guiding and mentoring development teams, fostering growth and
alignment with project goals.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated strengths in leadership, team mentorship, and clear communication
across technical and non-technical audiences.
