Senior Back Office Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage our ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation) and EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organisation) compliance and processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage employee registration, updating, and exit procedures for ESIC & EPFO Prepare and submit ECR (Electronic Challan cum Return) on the EPFO portal Monthly ESIC contribution filing and challan generation Resolve employee grievances related to PF withdrawals, transfers, and UAN activation Liaise with government portals and ensure compliance with statutory timelines Maintain and update employee compliance records and documentation Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with ESIC & EPFO Knowledge of relevant government portals (EPFO/ESIC) Proficient in Excel and basic MIS reporting Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce / HR / Business Administration Experience working with HRMS or payroll systems is a plus Salary: [Mention range or write “As per industry standards”]
