Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and manage end-to-end accounts processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Finalize accounts and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Handle audits and ensure adherence to all legal and compliance policies.
• Coordinate with external agencies including CA firms, tax consultants, and government bodies.
• Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide strategic financial inputs to management for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
