Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and transactions
• Prepare and review

  financial statements

  budgets

  , and

  variance analyses

• Conduct

  bank reconciliations

  and oversee

  creditor and debtor account reconciliations

• Supervise

  petty cash disbursements

  and ensure appropriate documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate

  GST return filing and registration compliance

• Prepare and file

  TDS returns

  and coordinate

  Income Tax return

  submissions
• Utilize accounting software including

  Tally 9

  ,

  Tally Prime

  , and

  Busy

  for financial data management
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders including auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Accounting

  ,

  Finance

  , or a related discipline
• Minimum of

  3–5 years of relevant experience

  in a similar accounting role
• Demonstrated expertise in

  financial reporting

  ,

  budget management

  , and

  financial analysis

• Proficiency in

  Tally 9

  ,

  Tally Prime

  ,

  Busy Accounting Software

  , and

  Microsoft Office Suite

• Sound knowledge of

  GST

  ,

  TDS

  , and

  Income Tax regulations

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional certifications such as

  CPA
