Job Description

Key Responsibilities: A- Financial Reporting & Analysis: 1-Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports 2-Performing account reconciliations 3-Producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results 4-Conducting regular reconciliations of all accounts 5-Preparing and analyzing accounting data B- Daily, Month-End and Year-End Processes: 1- Recording & Posting of All Sales, Purchase, Bank, Cash & Expenses entries from the documents/information. 2-Managing the month-end and year-end closing processes.  3-Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.  4-Overseeing general ledger maintenance.  5-Prepare the GST & TDS calculation working C- Budgeting & Forecasting: 1-Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.  2-Preparing budgets and forecasts D- Technical Skills: 1-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) 2-Strong experience with accounting software (Tally Etc.)
