Job Description

As a Segment Marketing Senior Manager at Schneider Electric in India, your mission is to develop and drive best-in-class marketing plans for key target segments, focusing on growth and close collaboration with sales leaders. Your goal is to ensure that Schneider Electric is successfully recognized as leaders within our target markets by utilizing a thorough understanding of the local market landscape. You should be a results-oriented and energetic individual who is passionate about discovering new and creative ways to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our segment solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive segment marketing plan in collaboration with segment sales and marketing teams. You will optimize the plan to deliver key business metrics such as brand awareness, demand generation, marketing-generated revenue, and influenced revenue through an omnichannel approach. Additionally, you will work on hero product launch plans in collaboration with business stakeholders and marketing program managers. Creating sales collaterals, customer testimonials, and tools to enable the sales function and support business sales will also be part of your role. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising, ABM campaigns across various platforms, conducting A/B testing and multivariable experiments, and creating a growth marketing dashboard to track and report on performance metrics. Your aim will be to create demand, accelerate existing pipelines, and fill leads for sales teams. Acquiring CXO and relevant contacts in targeted segments and engaging them through structured ABM campaigns will also be crucial. Stakeholder management and communication are key aspects of your role. You will engage in constant interaction with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt alignment, timely communication, and flawless execution of all marketing activities. It will be essential to communicate growth marketing plans, results, and key learnings to leadership on a quarterly basis. Monitoring and optimizing campaigns to improve ROI and other marketing metrics based on feedback will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should possess creativity, a high degree of initiative, proactive management, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Being a flexible and fast learner, coachable, and having a drive for continuous improvement are qualities that are highly valued. Essential skills and qualifications include a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing communication, segment marketing, or strategy. You should be a creative thinker with a growth hacker mindset, strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools and metrics, and interest in energy or sustainability industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with A/B testing, SEO, marketing automation, analytics platforms, managing paid campaigns, and strong project management skills are necessary. Excellent communication, presentation, and budget management skills are also required. Personal qualities such as being self-driven, passionate, collaborative, influential, perseverant, reliable, direct, curious, and creative will contribute to your success in this role.,
