Perform the necessary tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs Develop Interactive Dashboards, Widgets, Workspaces. Create and configure integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications (e.g. MS Teams). Code solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements. Research, analyze, design, develop and support high-quality automation workflows inside and outside the ITSM platform that are appropriate for business and technology strategies. Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of story requirements. Perform proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas. Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause. Licenses/Certificates ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ITIL Foundations certified Experience and/or Training Expert knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM applications with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role. 8+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer 5+ years of experience working in the CSM module of ServiceNow Experience managing integrations in ServiceNow using ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, Integration Hub spokes Expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Angular JS or React JS Expertise in ServiceNow Flow Designer Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and principles.
