The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-based and on-premises database platforms, with a strong emphasis on AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and SQL Server . A background in developing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data workflows is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure database systems on AWS RDS , PostgreSQL , Redshift , and SQL Server . Develop, review, and optimize complex SQL queries , views, stored procedures, triggers, and functions. Monitor database performance, implement tuning improvements, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support application requirements, schema changes, and release cycles. Perform database migrations, upgrades, and patch management. Create and maintain documentation related to database architecture, procedures, and best practices. Implement and maintain data security measures and access controls.
