Science Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will inspire students to explore scientific concepts, foster curiosity, and develop critical thinking skills. The Science Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons in [specify subjects, e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science], assessing student performance, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and engage students in hands-on, inquiry-based learning.

• Foster a classroom environment that supports learning, collaboration, and respect.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Ensure a safe and organized laboratory/classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification/license in [Insert State or Subject Area].
