(TSP) 🕒 Experience: 6+ Years 💼 Modules: Employee Central / RCM / Onboarding About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead to join our dynamic team at The Silicon Partners . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Employee Central (EC) and/or Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding modules, with strong leadership skills to drive implementation and support projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC, RCM, or Onboarding modules Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and configure systems accordingly Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams Provide expert-level support, testing, and documentation Ensure system integration with SAP and third-party platforms Mentor junior consultants and assist in project planning Requirements: ✅ 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors ✅ Expertise in at least one of the modules: EC / RCM / Onboarding ✅ Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture & best practices ✅ Good communication and client-facing skills ✅ Certification(s) in relevant modules preferred Why TSP? ✔ Fast-growing SAP Partner ✔ Global projects & client exposure ✔ People-first culture with growth opportunities Show more Show less
