SAP, SQL, Salesfroces & HRMS Application Support Engineer

As an application engineer in our organization, you will be responsible for various tasks related to ERP systems, manufacturing processes, SAP Business One, and HRMS software. Your role will involve implementing and customizing SAP Business One to align with the organizational requirements. You will analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows within SAP Business One. Additionally, you will provide training and continuous support to ensure effective utilization of the system. Furthermore, you will manage HRMS software to streamline HR processes, offering technical support and training to users. Your responsibilities will also include resolving hardware and software issues, diagnosing technical problems with desktops and peripherals, and maintaining documentation of support procedures and user guides. You will be involved in creating and implementing SQL database operations and structures while ensuring SQL availability, security, and database performance. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in application engineering or a similar position. Proficiency in SAP B1, HRMS applications, SQL Server, Salesforce, and desktop support is essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are required for this position.
