This role is essential in supporting workforce relations by maintaining accurate and compliant documentation, preparing detailed case summaries, and assisting in internal investigations to address employee concerns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in employee relations administration, document management, and collaborating across HR and business functions to ensure a fair and compliant workplace. Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership: . Lead a team of analysts, ensuring timely and accurate processing. . Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance efficiency. 2. Documentation: . Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all case-related activities in accordance with internal policies and legal standards. .
