Job Opportunity: SAP QM Consultant (3–5 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage SAP QM module activities and collaborate effectively with business and project teams.
• Provide support in

  IDOC processing

  and

  authorization-related topics

  .
• Handle customer support requests and ensure timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Contribute to

  training and WBT content creation

  for end-users and internal stakeholders.
• Work with complaint management processes within a support environment.
• Collaborate with the technical team to support development and configuration needs.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and delivery standards are consistently met.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience working on IT applications, specifically SAP QM module.
• Hands-on experience with QM processes across industries.
• Domain knowledge in quality processes is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with

  IDOC processing

  and

  ITIL service management

  practices.
• Exposure to JavaScript or a technical IT background is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in a

  support role

  and complaint handling.
• Ability to consult cross-functional teams and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new topics and tools.
• Collaborative and proactive team player, with a flexible, deadline-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to participate in

  deployment, user training, and hyper-care activities
