Job Description

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM with both

    functional and technical expertise

    .
  • Strong knowledge in

    core HCM modules

    : OM (Organizational Management), PA (Personnel Administration), Time Management, and Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience in

    SAP HCM ABAP

    development: Reports, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Forms.
  • Experience with

    PCRs and Schemas

    in Time and Payroll is a plus.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and

    translate into functional and technical solutions

    .
  • Exposure to

    interfaces and integration

    with third-party systems via IDoc, RFC, or middleware.
  • Experience in

    support, enhancements, and end-to-end implementations

    .
  • Strong

    debugging and performance tuning

    skills.
  • Excellent communication and

    client-facing

    abilities.
  • Ability to

    collaborate with cross-functional teams

    and work in an Agile/Waterfall environment.
  • Knowledge of

    SuccessFactors

    integration is a plus.
