About the Role Aid the consulting team in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design, and deployment phases. Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research, including literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluation information, etc., and build Proof of Concepts (POCs). Create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be processes, and develop detailed functional designs based on requirements. Support configuring solution requirements on products; understand any issues, diagnose root causes, seek clarifications, and identify and shortlist solution alternatives. Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at providing high-quality value-added solutions to customers.
