SAP Data Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead SAP data workstreams across implementation or migration projects, ensuring data readiness aligns with project milestones.
• Manage cross-functional teams and provide oversight to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Engage with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues.
  

• Technical Expertise:

• Provide hands-on expertise in

  SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC)

  , focusing on data models, master data integration, and data flows.
• Lead the integration of

  SAP DMC with MES

  (Manufacturing Execution System) and

  ERP

  layers, ensuring efficient production and quality data handling.
• Leverage strong

  SQL

  skills for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis. Capable of querying large datasets, building views, and performing data quality checks.

• SAP Data Lifecycle Management:

• Manage SAP master data (Material, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, etc.) and transactional data with a deep understanding of their lifecycle and flow within SAP systems.
• Expertise in

  data migration tools

  and methodologies, including

  SAP BODS

  ,

  LSMW

  , and

  LTMC

  .
• Familiarity with

  data governance frameworks

  and best practices to ensure data integrity and consistency.

• Certifications (if applicable):

• SAP Certified

  (preferred, but not mandatory).

• SQL / Data Analytics certifications

  (optional, but desirable).

• Self-starter with a keen attention to detail and a focus on timely, high-quality delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Minimum 9 years in SAP-related data roles, with proven experience leading data workstreams in SAP implementation or migration projects.

• Technical Expertise:

  Expertise in

  SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC)

  , SQL,

  SAP master data

  , and

  data migration tools

  (BODS, LSMW, LTMC).

• Project Management:

  Ability to lead cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders in a global environment.

• Certifications:

  SAP certification preferred, SQL/Analytics certifications are desirable.
