Sales Associate (Internship → Full-Time)

Location: Delhi (In-Office)

Type: 1-Month Internship → Full-Time Role

Stipend: ₹15,000 (Internship)

CTC: ₹4 LPA (Full-Time) + Incentives

About the Role:

We’re looking for a smart and confident individual to join our sales team.

Your role will involve reaching out to business founders and brands via cold calls and DMs, building relationships, and generating leads.

This is a performance-based role starting with a 1-month paid internship, leading to a full-time offer.

What You’ll Do:

-Reach out to potential clients (founders, agencies, businesses)

-Send cold DMs and make cold calls

-Understand client needs and pitch our services

-Book meetings for the core team

-Maintain a basic outreach tracker or CRM

What We’re Looking For:

-Good communication skills (English and Hindi)

-Comfortable talking to founders and professionals

-Prior internship or sales experience is a bonus

-Based in Delhi or willing to work from our office

-Eager to learn and grow fast
