Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting M4HR's suite of HR solutions to potential clients in the Delhi NCR

region.

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

·      Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their HR needs.

·      Present and promote M4HR's services effectively to potential clients.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.

·      Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

·      Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·      2–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in HR consulting or related services.

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

·      Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
