Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in Bhubaneswar,The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products from our bespoke kitchen, furniture, and cladding collections. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, closing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining thorough product knowledge.

• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and meet client needs
• Product knowledge in bespoke kitchens, furniture, and wall solutions
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the luxury home decor industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
