Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Salesforce Support specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing assistance and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, ensuring smooth system operations.
Roles and Responsibility

Address technical issues and resolve user queries efficiently.

Oversee updates, configurations, and performance monitoring for optimal system maintenance.

Provide training and guidance to help users understand and effectively utilize Salesforce.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to align Salesforce with organizational needs.

Ensure data integrity and security within the system through proper management practices.

Job

Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Salesforce support or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its applications.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with data management and system maintenance is desirable.
