🚨 Urgent Hiring: Sales Trainer cum Workforce Manager | Meadbery | Zirakpur | ₹30-35,000/month

Your Role

We are looking for a strong leader who can:

Recruit, train, and manage
a high-performing team of 20 sales agents
Design
sales training modules
to help agents
close deals over phone calls
Build scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and confidence for
telephonic conversions
Track daily metrics: calls made, conversion %, follow-ups, and revenue
Coordinate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to sync feedback loops
Manage
shift planning, quality control, and performance reviews

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in
inside sales training
(healthcare or D2C brands preferred)
Strong command of
sales psychology
and phone-based customer persuasion
Ability to coach agents to
handle objections and build trust
on call
Hindi & English fluency a must
Energetic, hands-on, and outcome-focused
