Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Achieve M-o-M, Q-o-Q, Y-o-Y Sales targets (Revenue & Booking) 2 Success in this role will be measured by the impact of new sales revenue, cross sell & Upsell, renewal sales revenue, forecasting and the customer experience delivered. 3 Build and maintain relationship with prospects, decision makers. Customer satisfaction 4 End to End Sales pipeline expansion - cold calling (in-person visit), converting it to Prospect, deal closure, collection, customer support and ensure customer delight 5 In the given region/State, increase market share of TCS iON's offerings such as Learning Programs, Campus Solutions, Assessments and Placement offerings in Higher Education (HE) market segment 6 Build customer relationship, establish trust among key stakeholders of HE Institutions 7 Good understanding of HE segments, having excellent relationship with top leadership of HE institutions Show more Show less
