Job Description

Position: Sales Support Executive-(Female only)

Location: Mehrauli

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telecalling / Inside Sales

Industry: Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Tuesday Off) Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up on leads received from multiple channels (website, ads, email marketing, referrals, walk-ins, etc.)
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or appointments through effective communication
Maintain call logs, lead status updates, and CRM entries systematically
Build and nurture client relationships by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups
Coordinate with sales and field teams to hand over qualified leads
Meet and exceed daily/weekly conversion and engagement targets

Candidate Profile:

Female candidate with strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Minimum 6 months of telecalling or inside sales experience
Confident, presentable, and fluent in Hindi and English
Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven
Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month

Weekend availability
