Sales Officer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a passion for leadership and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of sales executives
• Set sales goals and track performance metrics
• Coach team members to improve performance and productivity
• Design and implement effective sales strategies
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Report team progress and insights to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
• At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a team
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
