Job Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist (SAP) Location: Pune, India Experience: 3-5 Years Job Type: Full-time Overview: We are seeking a Sales & Marketing professional with a focus on IT sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in promoting IT services within SAP industry, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: IT Sales: Create convincing sales-related content, including presentations, brochures, and case studies shaped to client needs. Establish and refine sales processes, including lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting. Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and paid advertising, to drive lead generation. Identify and engage potential clients in the SAP industry. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and propose relevant SAP solutions. Marketing & Branding: Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, social media, and digital strategies. Track marketing performance and adjust strategies to improve results. Help organize events, webinars, and other marketing activities. Pre-Sales Support: Work with technical and sales teams to create proposals and presentations. Develop and maintain a repository of reusable templates for proposals and other sales documents. Draft, review, and finalize sales proposals, RFP responses, and client contracts. Assist with product demos and proof-of-concept projects for clients. Key Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, marketing, or pre-sales specific to US market Knowledge of SAP solutions and their business applications is must Experience in digital marketing (social media, SEO, SEM, content). Proficiency in tools like MS Office Suite, CRM platforms, and proposal software. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is must. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with teams and manage multiple tasks. Masters degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.,
