Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: JAIPUR Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG / Equipment Sales / Services Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: Min. 5 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for visiting potential clients, demonstrating products/services, and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build productive relationships. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential clients across assigned territories to promote and sell company products/services Generate leads through cold visits, local networking, references, and market research Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the customer’s needs Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain an up-to-date database of customer interactions Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, calls, and conversions to the reporting manager Coordinate with the sales/support team to ensure timely delivery and service Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or a similar role preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi and English/local language) Strong negotiation and convincing skills Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Travel allowance / Petrol reimbursement Mobile/Communication allowance Career growth and training opportunities To Apply: Send your resume to [jaipursteamenergy@gmail.com] or call us at [9782099827].
