Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive outreach, promotion, and operations support for our in-house and partner projects, including home improvement products, real estate developments , and collaborative marketing campaigns . Key Responsibilities Visit residential projects (ongoing and completed) to promote products and real estate offerings for bulk and individual sales Conduct retail marketing in nearby homes and apartments to identify new prospects Build strong working relationships with builders, contractors, brokers, and society managements Conduct product and project demos , and clearly communicate the benefits of offerings Support the sales, marketing, and operations of partner projects , including promotional activities, lead follow-up, and coordination Maintain daily reports of leads, field visits, and conversions Assist in executing local marketing campaigns to increase visibility and brand reach Desired Skills and Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Confidence in direct customer interaction and field sales Familiarity with MS Word, Excel , and commonly used AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads, WhatsApp Broadcasts) Ability to support real estate and product-based promotions in a structured, data-driven way A two-wheeler is preferred for efficient field travel Prior experience in sales, real estate marketing, or customer engagement is an added advantage, but not mandatory Compensation Fixed Salary : 15,000 25,000/month Performance-Based Incentives : Up to 60,000/month based on overall sales performance, including real estate and product sales
