Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, digital platforms, and networking. Promote and sell services/products to achieve set sales targets. Follow up on leads and close deals effectively. Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Participate in exhibitions, education fairs, and promotional events. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress. Submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.
