Job Description

Frontline Sales Executive for industrial training sales, prioritize candidates with a strong foundation in sales, a proven track record in building relationships, and a passion for the industry. Key criteria include: a bachelor's degree, at least 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and an understanding of training sales principles. Essential Criteria: • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a good starting point. • Experience: 1-2 years of B2B sales & B2C experience is generally preferred. Previous roles in customer service or retail sales can also be advantageous. • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, with a focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing deals. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and internal teams. • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industrial training market, including the different types of training, target clients, and competitive landscape. • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus. • Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate pricing and terms, as well as to address client concerns and objections. • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and ensure their satisfaction. • Passion for Sales: A strong desire to succeed in sales and a passion for the industrial training industry. • Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges and situations. Additional Criteria: • Field Sales Experience: Experience in a field sales role, where the executive is responsible for directly interacting with clients and building relationships. • Leadership Skills: In some cases, the position may require leadership skills to manage a team of sales representatives. • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales performance. • Teamwork: The ability to work effectively with other team members, including sales managers, trainers, and other support staff.
