Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the ceramic and designer tiles segment. The role involves direct engagement with architects, interior designers, and dealers to showcase our product collections, build strong relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of the tiles industry, and the ability to present persuasively and travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Business Development:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and presentations to introduce our latest tile collections and design innovations.
• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned regions.
• Product Knowledge & Presentation:
• Stay thoroughly updated on all tile collections, materials, applications, and finishes.
• Deliver engaging presentations, both in person and virtually, highlighting product features and USPs tailored to each client segment.
• Provide design support and recommendations to clients based on their project needs.
• Market Expansion & Travel:
• Travel across different cities to visit dealers, distributors, architects, and project sites as required.
• Understand regional design preferences and ensure our collections are effectively pitched in each market.
• Dealer Network Support:
• Collaborate with dealers to ensure proper display of products in showrooms.
• Provide training to dealer sales staff about new collections and their positioning.
• Sales & Reporting:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a CRM database of clients and follow-ups.
• Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in tiles, building materials, or related design industries.
• Strong network within the architecture and interior design community.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Passion for design, trends, and aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
