Job Description: Field Sales Executive

Position Overview:

Reemiga Lifescience Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and increasing market presence for our third-party cosmetic manufacturing business.

This role requires visiting potential clients, understanding their product needs, and closing business deals. Ideal for candidates who enjoy field work, B2B client interaction, and the beauty & cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:New Client Acquisition

● Identify potential clients including startups, beauty brands, wholesalers, and distributors in the cosmetics space.

● Conduct field visits, cold calls, and B2B meetings to generate leads and inquiries.

● Pitch Reemiga’s third-party manufacturing capabilities, formulations, and product ranges.

Sales Conversion

● Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions (MOQ, packaging, formulations, etc.).

● Share samples, quotations, and proposals with clients.

● Negotiate pricing and terms to close the sale while maintaining profitability.

Relationship Management

● Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling.

● Conduct regular follow-ups for inquiries, order status, and post-delivery support.

● Update clients on new product launches, offers, and promotions.

Coordination & Reporting

● Coordinate with the production, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.

● Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

● Track market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities and report the same.

Market Intelligence

● Gather information on market needs, customer trends, and competitor activities.

● Suggest new product development ideas based on market demand.

Key Requirements:

● Education: Graduate (Any stream), MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.

● Experience: 1-3 years in B2B field sales, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or third-party manufacturing industry.

● Skills:

● - Strong communication and negotiation skills

● - Ability to present and explain product offerings confidently

● - Self-driven with good time management

● - Basic knowledge of cosmetic products and manufacturing processes is a plus

● Willingness to Travel: Should be open for extensive field travel within the assigned territory.

Performance KPIs:

● Monthly sales target achievement

● Number of new client acquisitions

● Client retention rate

● Lead conversion ratio

● Timely follow-up and reporting accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
