The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in Plating on Plastic (POP) components and automobile spare parts across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the automotive aftermarket , good knowledge of plated plastic parts like handles, leg guards, mirror covers, trims , and related accessories, and the ability to drive nationwide sales through dealers, distributors, OEMs, and service networks. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives Develop and execute sales strategies for POP products and automotive spares across India. Build and manage a nationwide dealer and distributor network . Promote and sell a wide range of plated parts (e.g., handles, leg guards, mudguards, trims, mirror covers, etc.). Identify new market opportunities and create plans for expansion in untapped regions. Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and inventory planning.
