The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the automotive aftermarket , good knowledge of plated plastic parts like handles, leg guards, mirror covers, trims , and related accessories, and the ability to drive nationwide sales through dealers, distributors, OEMs, and service networks. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives Develop and execute sales strategies for POP products and automotive spares across India.
