Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our fuel business team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in consultative sales, client relationship management, and market expansion strategies. This role is divided into two core areas: Managing the Sales Process and Customer Relationship Management. In terms of Managing Sales Process, you will play a crucial role in identifying and establishing business relationships that align with our sales objectives and timelines. You will also be responsible for fostering strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support coordination, and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients. Key Skills Required for this role include a consultative and value-based selling approach, exceptional relationship-building and key account management abilities, proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation, competence in preparing and presenting MIS reports, robust leadership and team management skills, motivation to enhance sales team performance, effective negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal, and a solid understanding of the fuel/energy market and client needs. Preferred Qualifications for this position include a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, previous experience in the fuel, petroleum, or logistics sectors, familiarity with CRM software and data analytics tools, expertise in conducting market analysis and providing insights on industry trends and competitor activities, the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new territories, identifying potential clients and business opportunities, exploring upselling/cross-selling with existing customers, achieving revenue targets through effective sales planning, and preparing and maintaining sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for internal tracking purposes.
