· We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales for our range of truss and structural products in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, lead conversion, client relationship management, and team leadership.
· Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and convert domestic and international leads into successful sales.
· Manage and grow relationships with dealers, event companies, export clients, and large-scale contractors.
· Handle multiple product lines under the truss and structural equipment category.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
· Achieve sales targets and expand market reach across territories.
· Lead and manage a small sales team for both domestic and international operations.
· Collaborate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery.
· Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide market insights.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial product/B2B sales.
· Proven track record in international sales or export business (preferred).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
· Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with remote and on-site client interactions.
· Ability to lead a team and manage performance metrics.
· Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings and exhibitions.
· Experience in aluminum truss, fabrication products, or infrastructure materials.
· Knowledge of international trade practices and export documentation.
