Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and cross sell personal loans to them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase cross selling opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new cross selling opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient cross selling process
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries or concerns
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of personal loan products and services
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
