Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to contribute to our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals specifically within our Sanitary Division. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior team to maximize the potential of the sales team, develop strategic business plans for sanitary products, and ensure the company's strong presence in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Work on commercial projects, collaborating with contractors, architects, dealers, and builders.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns.
  • Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections.
  • Lead recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, providing realistic forecasts to the management team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent working experience is also acceptable.
  • Proven work experience of 3+years in sales within a fast-paced business environment, preferably with experience in sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, or building materials.
  • Must be having connects with architects ,contractors and builders in commercial or interior segments.
