We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing real estate firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sales executives, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial)
Proven sales track record with leadership potential
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Prior experience in a managerial or team lead role is an added advantage
Real Estate certification/license (if required by local laws)
