Sales Director

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our real estate sales division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, building a high-performing team, and delivering consistent business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to align sales efforts with business goals
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for top management
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize sales efficiency and client satisfaction
• Represent the company at key industry events, meetings, and presentations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics (residential/commercial)
• Strong leadership, team-building, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and MS Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate
• Experience managing large sales teams and multi-location operations
• Real estate license/certification (if applicable)
