About Us:

K.T.G.S Constructions is a growing real estate company engaged in buying, selling, and developing high-quality residential and commercial properties. We are currently launching a premium real estate project in Goa and are looking to hire a driven Sales Head to lead and accelerate our sales efforts from our South Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process for our upcoming project in Goa.
• Develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Generate and manage qualified leads, conduct client follow-ups, and close high-ticket property deals.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, virtual calls, and on-site visits (as needed).
• Coordinate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and brand visibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, competitor offerings, and project-specific details.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and updates for the management team.
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team as the project scales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to sell high-value property units.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client management abilities.
• Energetic, hardworking, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work on-site from our South Delhi office.
